🌄 MY ADVENTURE

I was born and raised in Hong Kong for 12 years, then moved to Michigan for high school. I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Mechanical Engineering degree. I picked up my first camera in high school yearbook class and actually started my photography journey in journalism and sports photography. Through journalism, I discovered the artistic side of capturing the bold and beautiful expressions of human in portrait photography, and fell in love with storytelling through my camera.

I wear many hats and I love wearing many party hats!

By day, I am a product manager in tech. The other times, I take photos, make zines, design, write op-eds pieces for news outlets, go hiking, thrift & resell clothes, and make obscurely-themed Spotify playlists. Recently, I’m dabbling into taking on a producer position for an upcoming short film!
